I am living in Guduvancherry,Chennai,with my dr and grand dr.My, son in law, divorced from my daughter,12years back, passed away in Mumbai,his work place.He has left an amount in S B.I,in Sylvasa.He has put my daughter's name as nominee for the amount .The bank has asked for certain affidavits in stamp papers,from my dr and grd dr.They are in Chennai.Where should we get the NJS for affidavits.Being in Chennai we know lawyers here and we will get the affidavit it's here But the bank is insisting that the stamp papers should be from sylvasa(it is a capital of dada Nagar haveli,union Territory),near Gujarat.Please advice .My grd dr is doing her 3rd Ur engg.My dr is unemployed and she is the only support.So please advice.
