Not got deposit for flat 2BHK from owner after removal of 1.5 months

Hi,
We bachelor left the 2BHK flat in Hinjawadi, Pune. We expect deposit nearby 1 week, but didn't received yet from the owner.
Actual rent agreement was upto June 2018, but we have been forcefully evacuated from flat due to Apartment rule that bachelors would not be permitted after 31st March 2018.
We left there from 24 Feb 2018.
Please help.
He said he had transferred last Friday 13th April 2018. We still didn't get it.

A.dear client As per the lease agreement the owner had to pay the deposit before vacating the flat.

A.As per the lease agreement the owner had to pay the deposit before vacating the flat. In case of forceful evacuation he has pay compensation or rent in lieu of without advance notice or rent in lieu of notice. Consult a property professional lawyer to take up the issue quickly & get all your dues & benefits.
