Job
I was selected for a specific job in reputed company. After 3 days I received a mail asking about my full details for candidature in that company. I provided the same. Since then I m asking update about my joining date, HR was saying"I will update soon". After 45 days he mails me that "regret the inconvenience , no openings there". Do I have a legal right to sue that company for making me job less for 1.5 months. I didn't go for any other job search till then because I was sure that I was selected.
