Hi,
I need a suggestion on my spot resignation
I got job offer with good designation ond pay but have to join immediately so i talk with my manager to release me with immediate effect with notice pay but he is not accepting and said have to serve 30days notice period other wise i dont give acceptance letter so kindly suggest what can I do..

A.dear client in your matter i agreed with deep advice given that You must settle it with your manager and current employer otherwise it will be wrong on your part to leave the organization just like that.Please remember that initially the new employer will be happy that you join as per their need but they will take note of the fact that you left the earlier company in an unwarranted manner. Don't create a bad trail for yourself. The HR of all the companies keep track of all this. So settle it down nicely.

A.You must settle it with your manager and current employer otherwise it will be wrong on your part to leave the organization just like that.
Please remember that initially the new employer will be happy that you join as per their need but they will take note of the fact that you left the earlier company in an unwarranted manner. Don't create a bad trail for yourself. The HR of all the companies keep track of all this. So settle it down nicely.
