Dear Sir/madam as i wrote above that my have had three sons but elder son died, was up govt.employee after his death as per rule her wife got job,but we are dependent on him because he was my elder son and we have three daughters there are so many liabilities on me. is there any her liability for me and my family. Please advice me that may i file any legal petition on her or not.

A.dear client in your matter Bring this matter before concerned govt dept and if fails you can approach the concerned High Court only.

A.Bring this matter before concerned govt dept and if fails you can approach the concerned High Court only.

A.You are entitled to maintenance from the salary of your daughter-in-law. If she is living separately, or refuses to pay, first write a representation to her department to make deduction of certain amount from her salary to be paid to you monthly. Keep the records and reply, if it does not work, you can approach Court.
