HI Sir I deposited my money in my account via SBI Cash Deposit Machine . Money taken by machine but not credited in my account and did not get any response (message or receipt).I consult at Main Bank The accountant said come after 10 days .But that money very impotent to me he dose not give me any good response. Am i Ask file consumer case on Bank?

A.Dear Sir,
You can raise complaints by registered post to all the concerned and seek copy of CCTV footage for your future evidence. You can complaint with banking ombudsman and also with consumer forum.

A.Send a letter to the branch where your account is maintained and a copy to the branch where this ATM is attached to.
Also send a copy to RBI/banking Ombudsman. They will resolve it fast.

If nothing works then send SBI a legal notice.
