Hi sir my name is hema . My father got some property from his grandfather and he splits that to 3 parts .that is to me and my brotherand my father.and they taken my signature on document that I got my part of property and now I don't hv the any rights on remaining.so the question is who are having the rights on property that my father having pls reply me.

A.Which document u have signed. If it is release deed then you have no right but if it is not you have equal right in fathers property if you fulfill other requirements.
