My future husband's younger brother's wife is always negatively commenting on my looks. And ours is going to be intercaste marriage and I am not going to change ny caste or name. so she has problem with that too. What legal action can I take against her?

A.Dear client,
You have not married yet , "as you said your future husband", hence you can not take any legal action against her, also when will marry him then if she continues with same behavior then this matter would be family issue which may shorted out cooly and calmly no need to take legal action.
But if you are SC/ ST and then for that if you re demoralized and abused and if happens beyond uncontrollable then talk to your husband , even if she does not stops her behaviour then in last you may take any action. But i would suggest to short out amicably with in family .

A.Dear Sir,

First get marry and then file a Domestic Violence case and Dowry case against her saying she is instigating your husband to beat to bring more dowry etc.
