A.Dear Sir,
It all depends upon the background under which such profile was changed. If contents of profile were changed malafidely then it is an offence.

A.Dear Rahul,
Your question is not much clear to get what you want. However,
Change of job profile after getting job which most of the company does it, but not entirely, only may be up to 10 to 15% ,but also related to his or her Qualification, which you would not take otherwise. Or u should not be.
But when most of JD is changed and getting problem, the you may challenge this on the basis of JD given during job interview or u had signed on appointment letter with JD.
