For a purticular Government employment through Public Service Commission , Judgement of High Court single bench( DEC 2018) was not favourable to me and others who filed the same case through other Advocates. My Advocate suggested me not to approach division bench as it will be costly and less chance to win.I also approach another Advocate who also told the Same. Then I approach Human Rights Commission and got favourable Reply. Others those who rejected in the came case filed suit through their advocates before the division bench and got favourable order. Interview for that post will be held in this month. ( 21 Nov 2019 ) .
Human Rights Commission Order was favourable to me but PSC does not include me for Interview. Any legal Chance to attend that intetview as I am a common man and have no legal knowledge about how and when file a Case. Please Reply

A.Dear Sir,
You have to exhaust legal remedies or put brief description of your grievance on social channels since your demand seems to be very bonafide and deserved.

A.Practically as per your information, going to court at this juncture would not make you eligible for give the exam.

A.Without knowing actual order, we cannot tell. Anyway, go to HRC, inform the same, and get order copy of HC of a Division Bench. Then HRC will give Order.
Or File in HC and request you to include, which you are party for single bench, and got favourable order from HRC
