My truck met an accident on 27 June2019 and national permit expired on 7 June 2019. So insurance company is refusing to give claim . I have heard that if national permit expires then 25%is deducted and rest amount is paid but insurance company has refused to pay anything.

A.Where did your truck meet with an accident? in the state where the registration is done or some other state? If the same state then this condition should not be invoked as National Permit for plying the truck anywhere in the country.

You can do one thing. If they repudiate the claim then file a consumer case against them
