We inherited property through Hiba oral gifting before our aunt moved out during partition. My aunt had a son later and I now see a power of attorney from him to another relative who, through a release deed notorized in Pakistan got that property named to himself. Is there a way to prove that document as invalid viz; Power of attorney and Release deed from a Pakistani national to Indian? How can we go ahead legally proving the documents as fake as we're very well aware the person is not genuine? Can we write to the embassy who authorized these documents?

We would appreciate any
