obc non creamy doubt ?? obc non creamy doubt ??

my father state government emplyee ,who was promoted to claas 1 officer after 40 yrs age, so i was falling in obc non creamy. now he is retired ,but his pension is above 8lks , so still i would be getting benefites of obc or not ??

2nd question , if my dad purchases land from retirement benefits in the name of his son and son does business and earns more then 8lks then still the son would come under obc rseravtion as income is calculated on parents basis ???

A.Dear Sir,
As on the date of taking certificate if you are father earning more than 8 lakhs you are not entitled for the benefit however since your father now retired so you can apply and get such certificate.
