My wife has 2 sisters all are married. Her 2nd sister has expired due to kidney failure, now her sister husband want to marry again but he has a daughter studying 10+1. Now, he is asking the share in the properties of my wife's father. Is he eligible to get properties equally along with my wife and her another sister legally.
A.Dear Sir,

A.Your wife's sisters husband cannot claim share in his wife's father's properties by law.
Therefore your wife's father can deny any share to him in his properties.
