In 2018 my institute sent me to Singapore for two weeks along with two students inten, myself and students are sponsored by an industry since these students are their sponsorship students . They stayed there for three months, my job is to set things right and return back . The institute debuted me as per company recommendation , they did not tell me any terms I did not sign any document, it was them you sent me, now I resigned and they are saying they will proceed the clearance formalities only when I pay sponsorship amount along with salary. In my current financial situation I can only pay the salary, because it was mentioned in my appointment Oder. Kindly need your advice
