company abscond me not as per policy

I was working MNC.on 21 sep.2019 i went on leave because of my injury.same day i informd to my team leader by text messege and also got reply by him.but he marked me as abscond. company not giving me Reliving letter.from that day i touchd with manager HR.hr was redy for giv reliving letter but now they not ready for exp.letter.what shoud i do..pls help
