To pay back I have sold tractor on 1.11with implement through sale deed.buyer hold 11000amount for documents. I asked original documents from original party they said documents are lost. When we went to rto for duplicate RC they refused as tractor is 20yrs old registration got expired. Now after 2.5 years buyer have complaint at police station. A constàble came to my office and asked to reach police station. I reached police station, then he told me that he is going to frame 420case against me. In discussion he along with buyer forced me to sign a affidavit on 500. That I will give documents in 2months. Kindly advice what steps should I take.
