In the DOB Certificate, under "Name of the Child", should we mandatorily include the child's initial or only name would suffice?

A. Dear client, there is no rule to include child's initial in the birth certificate. If you want to add it later there is process to be followed inorder to change or add the name to DOB certificate.

A. Dear client, one can file a case on anyone but have to prove ithe said claim in the court of law with sufficient evidence. If you can prove your case then your brother can't be held liable as he has no interrest or claim in the said property.

A. Dear client, your brother cannot rent out the whole property which also contains yours without your consent. After the mutation you will not get the ownership of the property but only merely for payment of land revenue. A. Dear client, you can get only the 10lakhs which you security deposited for rent but not the amount of today's value. There's no rule or practice of such nature. If there is any clause in the agreement to give today's value then it can be enforceable. As the agreement it self is not there the owner can't be held liable.

A. Dear client, panchayat cannot own a private property with out an agreement with the owner. The panchayat have to buy or lease the land which it needed to use. It cannot interfere into private property without the owners consent. It can amount to tresspass and can file a complaint if the authorities haven't resolved the issue on informing them.

A. Dear client, under hindu law ancestral property cannot be sold without the consent and sign of successors or heirs. It is the right of grandson to claim the ancestral property. You can go to the court for your claim in the property and can get your property even if there was a house on it. Dear client, According to sec 9 of digital personal data protection act, 2023, one cannot post any video/picture of a child i.e who is below 18 years, on internet without the consent of the parents/guardians.
