As per the facts, you must try to send the legal notice with priority to the landlord demanding the return of deposit

You must try contacting them about the mode of refund, and if not answered properly, you should send them legal notice for the same.

A. Physical abuse is not mandatory, verbal abuse is also cruelty. Cruelty is valid ground for Divorce.
You can file for child custody because you will mostly get daughter custody.
File Domestic Violence case with Maintenance case.

A. she is earning ? you are earning ? why she throwing you out? what you want ?

even if property is on her name, she can not throw you out. This is cruelty and you can take divorce for this reason.
