Sir, If a land alone (for example 9500 sq ft ) without any layout approved by BDO is LPA approval..?? If so shall we buy a part of that land (for example 1500 sq ft ) or we need to get approval for layout before buying.. ??

As per the information given by you it is advisable to buy a plot only if the layout is legal. Also, if a layout is not legal or approved, no bank in India will approve a home loan for such a plot. When applying for a home loan, you must submit DTCP approval.
