we have sold 2 lands and the joint buyers gave toal 6 cheques to us. The same cheque number is mentioned on the registry. among 6 cheques: 2 cheques are bounced 2 times due to signature mismatch.


A. Dear Sir,
First get issue a legal notice within 30 days of bounce otherwise they become invalid. Then file a cheque bounce case then only he may pay. There are no chances that he will pay voluntarily.
