Is it true that as per latest amendment to Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, an arbitrator can be appointed only by High Court / Supreme Court? And the parties to dispute cannot appoint their own

A. Dear Sir,
It is not so such Arbitrators can be appointed by mutual consent of both the parties to the agreement or either of the party if so specified. If there is any dispute then one of the party may approach the Court and seek appointment of Arbitrator who is neutral person.

A. Yes, According to section 11 of Th Arbitration and Conciliation Act,
Parties are permitted to propose candidates to act as a sole arbitrator or, in the case of a three-member tribunal, each party is permitted to nominate one arbitrator and the two party-appointed arbitrators appoint the chairman. Selecting an arbitrator may be one of the most crucial decisions a party will take.

There is no direct benefits to her and infact she is the looser in this especially the DV case wherein she would have got some monetary (maintenance) benefits at least the interim one. In my opinion she might be disinterested to pursue the case when all the facts and evidences are in your support.

If you are working with PSU and suddenly abscond then they will send some showcause notices to your given address and permanent address. If they do not hear back from you then they will put your employment on hold for sometime and may be suspend you, depending on the organization internal rules.

If the neighbour has put the CCTV camera (with the voice recorder) in his premises then you or anybody else will have no rights to say anything to him as he has fixed that in his premises. But supposes his intention is to just record your movements and voices very close to our house only for you, then it will should not be allowed.

Then in 2012, the land was registered in the name of 2 new persons named 'B' and 'C' and it is unclear who paid taxes for the same till 2012.
