A.Dear client,
The Indian Penal Code Section 309 safeguards you from such threats and provides legal recourse in such matters.
Section 309 -Attempt to commit suicide.
—Whoever attempts to commit suicide and does any act towards the commission of such offence, shall he punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year 1[or with fine, or with both].

Firstly it is advised to keep record of all conversations and communication exchange safely for future reference. Consider writing a journal to keep record of anything and everything that you consider necessary for a strong case. It is advised that you you to inform local SHO of the Police Services through an application stating this person to be having suicidal tendencies and posing a threat your reputation and wellbeing. If indeed they commit what they claim you should not be held responsible for the same. Also do this as soon as possible and if things do not improve and get worse, you are then advised to lodge a criminal complaint with the help of nearby police station or serve legal notice to the person with the help of a lawyer you trust.
Hopefully this resolves your query, best wishes. Thank you.

A.Dear Sir,
It is a serious offence provided you make note of it and collect evidence in that regard and lodge a complaint with Police.
