Property issue - purchased a land in 2018 in Hyderabad Property issue - purchased a land in 2018 in Hyderabad

I had purchased a land in 2018 in Hyderabad, which is having a link docs of 2 registrations starting from 2012. The property tax and electricity bills are paying since 2012 till now as per above registrations. Now some other person came and informing this land belongs to them and showing docs of 1985 and the property tax is paid by them is till 2011. Now how and what can I do. I had purchased the land legally by registration.

A.Dear client,
This is what we could understand from your query. The land was registered in the name of a person named 'A' in 1985 and the tax was payed by the 'A' till 2011. Then in 2012, the land was registered in the name of 2 new persons named 'B' and 'C' and it is unclear who paid taxes for the same till 2012. Then in 2018 it was registered in your name but now 'A' claims ownership of the property.
It is evident that the dispute for the property involves multiple parties since it has been registered under multiple names, along with apparent misleading, cheating and fraud on part of the property dealer. Hence we advice you to press your claim without delay with the help of a good litigative lawyer with an experience in property disputes. Keep a record of your documents and receipts safe for future reference and making claims. A lawyer whom you trust can help you with your case of dispute and guide you to the best possible legal recourse upon understanding your chances of winning.
Go for litigation only if you have all the documents, including the title deed, and your lawyer advises you that you have a strong chance to win. Sometimes courts order the parties to settle outside court. This is a court-monitored settlement.

Hopefully that resolves your query, best wishes. Thank you.

A.Dear Sir,
You have to challenge 1985 sale deed by filing a suit for cancellation and seeking yourself as a absolute owner of your property.
