A. Sir, you explain to your wife and if she does not agree, then you can file a Divorce case against her and evict her from your property for want of property and also the application of the Conservation Rights of the According Section Section of the Hindu Marriage Act. Can be applied.

I got my marriage certificate with new surname ( surname after marriage ) but not with the maiden surname. But I am not in favour of changing the surname in all other documents. What should I do? Shal

A. Dear Client,
You have various options.
1.After marriage you can retain your name and surname ( what you have inherited from your father)/family name.
2.You can have the surname of the family of your father and the one you have acquired now.
3.You delete the former and retain the later.
4.You do not keep any.
The choice is yours.
