A. Dear client,
Collect whatever document you have like whatsapp chats, mails etc if any.
If you don’t have much witnesses and evidences, it will be difficult for you to prove anything.
You can even lodge an FIR and send a legal notice to him.
Also verify and check where has he spent such amount, use them as an evidence.

Thanks

icon Land Issue

My grandfather purchased a piece of land directly in my father's name when he was just 5 years old. My question is that can my grandmother and uncle claim that land

A. Dear client,
Under the Transfer of Property Act, there are two kinds of property namely the "Ancestral Property" and "Self Acquired Property". Ancestral property is the one which is inherited by the ancestors and every legal heir of a persona has a claim on it after the death of the said person.

But, as the property in your name is in the ambit of self-acquired property there can not be a legal right to claim the property in the name of your grandmother and your uncle.
Thank You

A. It must be completed officially by drafting an affidavit, putting an advertisement in the newspaper, and through a notification in the Indian Gazette about the change. After publication of the name change in the Gazette, the individual may begin using the new name and request that it be used on all identification documents.
