As you said that it's been Six Months that your wife left your Home you can file a divorce petition in the court and ask for the divorce from your wife and also show all the evidences and facts that has been done to you. Court may also can give a six month duration to mend the relations with your wife so you have to act according to that.

If you have any evidences against the girl then you can file the case to police about fraud. As you asked that if police can file complaint against you then yes they can file complaint against you without evidences and proof but once they filed the FIR then it is the responsibility of Police to find the evidences related to the case which should proof the allegation against you.

If a loan is taken you have to repay it that is the way how it works legally.
However, if you need some time you can make an application of the same to your bank in writing.
You can send a legal notice to the bank through your advocate by seeking a time period to pay the same.
