Respected sir/mam, I was asked to submit my original certificates as a collateral for my job for bond period of 4 years. If I was supposed to break it I have to pay a sum of rs 1 lakh. All I want to know is will this type of bonding is valid in india or not? Note: no special training or valuable training provided by company

A. The bonding as you call it is a contract and is not illegal. If you voluntarily give your certificates then no one can come in the way. It is your decision.

I got a loan from lendingkart for 12lacks ..I have pending of 3.75 lacks.. they are now calling me and telling they got order and i will be arrested in 5 days.. can i get time for 2 more month to settle the amount
Share this questionShare Icon

A. No one gets arrested for keeping outstanding amount in a loan transaction. You write a letter seeking time and send it by registered post ack due and wait for answer. Meanwhile record such threats of arrest and if you so fear, approach a local advocate with those 2 records and loan agreement copy.

Hi, I have deposited money into a co-operative society and the MD is planning to evade leaving depositors like me without our hard earned money. I have heard there is an IPC section which calls for an immediate arrest in case of proven that someone is trying to evade with intent of not paying the debts? Can someone guide me the best approach to make sure many lime me get their life savings back.

I am a 32 year old and have been unployed since 8 months. I also had an ailment recently that needed hospitalization and with it I spent a lot of money. I am dire broke at the moment and unable to pay the EMIs of my personal loan and my credit card dues. I get calls from banks asking me to make payments even though I've told them my situation. I received a legal notice today regarding my debt. I am unable to get a job and unsure of how to go about it. Should I file for bankruptcy? Any advice would be greatly helpful!
