Not able to repay loans

I'm not able to pay taken loans and Loan agents torturing me like anything. Suggest what i need to do here.
A.You can file for bankruptsy, I can prepare that for you.

A.legal remedy depends on type of loan and from where it was taken.
they can not torture you until you took loan from private people.
you can ask help from police.

A.Hi,
The borrowed sum has to be returned duly. However, in a situation where the borrower is unable to repay the loan amount then the lender has various legal means. If they adopt hurtful or illegal means to get back the money you can file an FIR against them.

A.Hi,
If you have borrowed a sum of money then you have to repay the same. You can negotiate with your lender if they do not agree then they can resort to legal measures to get back the money. But the lender cannot adopt illegal means or take the law into their hands. If there is such a grave situation you can approach the police for the same.

It is not secured loan they are not supposed to take law in to their hands. Be thick skinned. They cannot do anything.
