A. Hi,
No, you do not need to take the granddaughter's signature, especially if she is a minor. The mother is her guardian and as such her signature will be enough.

A. Hi,
Considering this occurred between members of the society, I'd suggest taking it up with the managing committee first, to see if the issue can be resolved non-judicially. Failing this, you could file a complaint for cheating or fraud under S.420 of the Indian Penal Code.

A. Firstly, you issue public notice calling for objections if any for purchase of said home.
Obtain Family Tree / Genealogy of the deceased and also the title flow from his vendors and check whether it is clear.
Check for any encumbrances on the property i.e., with banks or financial institutions etc.
Consent of Grand Daughter E is not required.
