obviously your father in law is not following all laws of construction because nobody does in India.

Yes the registrar can raise objections as a WILL has to be specific. Not everything can be registered as a WILL. Since, the registrar knows how a WILL is supposed to be, it always in the better interest of all to make the changes according to the directions of the registrar.

you were trapped in 'JOB SCAMMING'. you can file a case against him under section 405,406,415,20, etc.

A. Hi,
Patta is an important document that states the ownership of a plot or land. If the property does not have patta.
It is advisable to check the registry documents which the heirs presented to get the Patta was valid or not.
Also if you can flourish some witnesses who can state that your grandfather bought the land in 1993 will be beneficial in your case.
