A. Hello Sir,
As per the Indian IT Act, an electronic document requires an electronic signature as prescribed by the Act, to gain legal sanctity in the court of law. Hence saying that the printed document in the subject is produced electronically and therefore does not require a signature is not acceptable.

Section 499 and Section 500 of the IPC is about defamation and Punishment of defamation. File a complaint in Police against your relative that he mentally harassing you, he is using derogatory words in conversation, he is defaming your character in society. Give them all the evidences regarding this like chats or call recordings etc. If police does not help you then go the court and file a suit of defamation in the court against him.
