We have Condominium formed of 271 members in Pune, Maharashtra. Maximum number of Board of memebers have resigned and only 2 remains. Can the board with resigned members call for SGM and approve big decisions like repair and painting of building. Can they have other members of board elected via nomination in the same SGM and decide on the scope of work and get financial approval in the same SGM meet. Don't thy have to call for elections first as maximum number of BOM has resigned.
