A. You have not disclosed that in which section the police has submitted chargesheet. You can only get some time in your petition which is pending before High court but will not get any relief from High court. The High court only give you direction to surrender before the trial court and file your objections on the chargesheet. Please look into the merit of the case, narrate the complete fact for section 201.
He may present before the court and ger a regular bail. Anticipatory is not applicable in this case.
