A man..his name is taslim.run a private chit fund.and take the millions of rupees from me and three another people and he is not returning the our money at the time.
and the problem is that we have not paid any amount by cheque or by the bank.it is total cash.
and this man (taslim)is not given us any recipient or any cheque for gurranty of return the money..
What can we take legal action in such a situation
please help us

A.Dear Sir,
It is cheating case and running such business. You may approach different departments and lodge complaint and also approach the media. Please give me Rank 5 if you feel my answer helped you.

A.Hi,

In chit business at Bengaluru, generally, they maintained a book and chit fund get allocated through a lottery. I wanted to understand in detail to take suitable action under criminal and civil law.
