Your complaint will be forwarded to federal, state, local, or international law enforcement. Or you can also visit the online cyber crime website i.e, cybercrime.gov.in and register a complaint and the Police (Cyber Cell) can easy track any social media, including the Instagram, messages subject to receiving proper complaint.
