Online loan sharks

Hi, I downloaded an app called Bellon loan and wanted to apply for a loan of 6000. But the app does not provide any breakup of service charges or interest rates. Just one click and it says application in process. I tried to contact them through email saying I want to know the details and don't dispatch the loan until I can see the same. An hour later they dispatched 3500 rs and want me to pay back 6000 in a week.
This is total misuse of digital apps.
How can I go about this?

You should complaint to the Banking Ombudsman and send a copy to the RBI about the bad practices of the digital loan company. This is a bad practice of banking/lending and lot of people are getting trapped into this.
