You might simply respond to the police accusations by claiming that you made a mistake and that you did not engage in any fraudulent activity. You can also hold the customer liable for engaging in fraudulent activity. In terms of the procedure, the police will do a small inquiry, and if no fault is detected on your part, there will be no problem, and the complaint will be dismissed.

A. Police must take the complain and you should try to lodge the complain with the cyber cell of the local police or write to the SP of the police. If nothing works then hire a criminal lawyer and file a case under Section 156(3) in a Magistrate Court.

First of all give a police report against that false company. You need not worry about the legal notices send by them. They are threatening you by demanding money from you. Be brave. They did not do any thing.

Write to YouTube briefly about the issue and mention why you are thinking that strike is a FAKE Strike, describe well,attach documents,photos in support of your complaint,if You Tube finds your complaint is right, your channel is not breaking any creator's policies and that channel is actually giving you fake strikes, be sure You Tube will definitely take action against them. This will definitely work,if not in any circumstances send them Legal Notice.
