A. Keeping PDC is good option as security but it depends upon whether you and the concerned person have kept any physical contact or things are completely taking place online and such terms are usually specified in the agreement and should be included and also clauses pertaining to disputes and where and how action will be initiated in case of dispute etc.
Thank you.

A. hello
Make sure you entered into an agreement with your friend before giving the loan. Also friendly loan are without interest and there is no provision to take interest charge on the same. If you give such loan charge interest on the same you'll also have to show it in your lender income tax return. You can absolutely give such loan and take PDC's as security.
you must sign the loan agreement on Rs.100 stamp paper in Delhi.

A. Hi,
Since you have not given any security so the bank cannot seize it and pressurize you but they will follow the legal procedure and send you legal notices and then initiate a suit against you. So you will have to return the money since there is no option for waiving off a loan.
