i have taken loan from private NBFC 150000 2018. now i have paid all emi till date. maximum emi paid by cash to lender. now lender says you have to 42000 more for late payment charges.

A.Dear Client
When you paid the EMI in cash then did you take a money receipt from the lender as a proof of the payment being made? If yes, then calculate all that you have paid and see if still there are some pending amount or not.
If you not taken the receipts then its a difficult situation to prove that you have paid.

i have all receipt. They have file civil suit summery section 37 recovery case against me. now what is procedure
