A. Dear Sir,
There is no much difference. If you comfortable and procedure is simple then go to CBSE Board or any other your educational board and try to get change your date of birth but you should have applied for change within 5 years of passing of 10th standard. Now, you have to approach Civil Court which will take more time.

A. Hi,
The annual household income is counted for OBC NCl, regardless of the source of income. You income should be less than 8 Lakhs annually to avail OBC NCL certificate.

A. Dekhiye har state ka apna ek law hota hai. Pta nhi agar aap bihar me obc hai tab aap kya bangal government aap ko obc manti hai ya nhi.

A. As long as Sale deed is not registered you can get the name changed in the deed and there is no law or legal procedure required for that. Its just that you have to change that page and again both the buyer and seller will have to sign all the new Sale deed. If your builder/seller is ok then all is fine.

A. Dear Sir,
Yes, you are eligible for all such scholarships for which BC C Christian minority category people entitled to receive. You may get such certificate from the public authority and not from any church.

A. Dear Sir,
Yes, it is centralized scheme of notary and the document notarized by any notary is valid all over India. You can use notarized document executed in Karnataka can be used in Kerala and vice versa.

A. Succession certificate banvane ke liye koi time limit nhi hai. Isliye jab bhi aap ko succession certificate ki need hoti hai tabhi coury jaakar petition dayar kar sakte ho.
Usko banvane ke liye kuch formalaites hai jisko aap ko complete karna hoga.
