Regular degree course during government job

My graduation session is 2017-20. I joined government job in june 2018. After joining of 5-6 months I got permission to write 1st semester exam and remain absent for 4-5 months as leave without pay and in this duration I continued my study. After this I again joined job and since due to corona pandemic regular physical classes was closed.so I kept my study continue by online classes and 3 months before the final semester exam I resigned from that job. Later, I appeared for final semester exam and got my degree. My question is, can there be any issue if I apply for other deptt. As a fresher based on such degree?
