A. You might need to visit the CBSE headquarters to get the speedy process of the work done , otherwise you can send a notice to them intimating the issue

Name correction - got affidavit made along with newspaper
I got affidavit made along with newspaper advertisement for name correction two years back and didn't apply for gazette. Is gazette atall compulsory, if so is it late to apply?

A. Dear Client, are you a govt employee? Gazette Publication is mandatory for government employees and optional for others. However, if you need to update your name in various certificates and id cards, they might ask you for a copy of Gazette. So you need to publish your name change in the gazette.

A. Your name should be the same in all the documents like

any difference in above should be corrected asap and put in streamlined manner

A. Dear client, I am sorry to hear that. In this case you can apply to the Registrar of marriages for the correction and re issuance of the marriage certificate. Any correction in the marriage certificate is possible by applying with the concerned supporting documents, in this case a birth certificate or school living certificate will be good.

Plot includes both residential and commercial plot. You have to declare the same and once you declare it will be counted.
Obc certificate for non creamy layer
Sir my father's salary is above 8 lpa from a private job but my mother is a house wife. We don't have any other source of income. Will i be able to make a obc certificate with non creamy layer.

As per your statement you cannot get OBC non creamy layer certificate since your father is getting more than Rs. 8 lakhs per annum.
