You can not change DOB in your class 10 marksheet. However, to avoid issues in the future, you can change your DOB in your aadhar card. If you have already changed your DOB in your aadhar card once, you can still apply to change the DOB in aadhar card. The same applies for Birth Certificate.

I don't see any issue in case you add the surname to your daughter's name and there should not be any legal issues later on as all the documents will be having your name and your wife's name which can easily identify your daughter.

To be eligible for EWS certificate, your family's gross annual income should be below Rs. 8 lakhs. This includes income from all sources such as agriculture, salary, business, etc. for the financial year before you apply for the exam. Your family should not own agricultural land of size 5 acres or more.
You cannot get the certificate as income is more.

Visit the Sub-Registrar's office where your property is registered and make an application to get the certified copy of your sale deed after the waiting period. Then, prepare an Affidavit on stamped paper. You have to state everything that happened and sign an undertaking.
