A. Dear Client,

To pursue this, you will need to write a letter to the CBSE Board, accompanied by an affidavit, a gazette notification, and an OBC certificate. The affidavit should be obtained from either a Judicial Magistrate or an Executive Magistrate, and an application needs to be submitted for the gazette notification.

A. Dear Client,

Instead of relying solely on a Lease and License Agreement (L&L Agreement), you may consider having your father nominate your name or change the existing nomination (if any) in favor of you for the specific flat/apartment in the Society. Once the nomination is completed, there may be no need for your father to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Society for your occupancy or stay in the said flat.

Nomination is a recognized and accepted procedure that can streamline ...ReadMore

A. Dear Client,

If you are a party involved in a court case, obtaining a certified copy of the judgment is possible by submitting an application form and paying the prescribed fees to the relevant court. The process may include checking with court officials to ensure that the judgment has reached the copying department. In some instances, the assistance of a law clerk might be necessary to navigate the procedures effectively.

A. Dear Client,

As a biological parent, you have the rightful authority to add your newborn baby's surname through the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969. The process involves creating an affidavit before an executive officer, publishing it in the official gazette, and then in two regional newspapers. Once completed, you can apply to the relevant authority to update your name in official documents.

A. Dear Client,
The eligibility for an OBC-NCL certificate is determined based on the annual income of the applicant's parents for the past three consecutive years. If their income falls below Rs.8 lakh during this period, the applicant becomes eligible for the certificate. So you are not eligible for the OBC NCL Certificate since your parent's income exceeds the threshold limit.
