You may get issue a legal notice to her husband about the consequences of such filing which amounts to cruelty and your sister can claim huge compensation for blackmailing her by filing such false case.

A. You just have to file your reply in the court that you have never shared joint house hold with the complainant and are living in some other state and then get your names removed from the case. Its very easy.
