A. Dear client,

Firstly explain the scenario to your husband. If required keep recordings of such actions. Speak to other family members, who can really help you. If all these doesn't work you have to lodge a complain under Section 498a, an FIR against your MIL,this might ruin your relationship with your husband. You have to be mentally prepared before taking such steps.
I would suggest you to first amicably settle the matter, then go for any such legal remedies.

A. Dear Client,
Firstly, try convening your parents. If they are still not agreeing and if you both are major you can be married legally and then if you want you can live separately from your parents. Just the marriage should be legal.

A. Dear client
If you believe your girlfriend is in immediate danger, contact emergency services in your area. In India, you can dial 100 or the emergency number applicable in your region or there are NGOs and organizations that work on issues related to forced marriages and honor-based violence. They may provide assistance, advice, or resources.

A. Dear Client,
Since your mother-in-law helps you both financially to acquire the new flat, if any adverse action is taken against her, she may knock the door of the Court claiming maintenance from her son either u/s.125 Cr.PC or under the Parents and Sr. Citizens Act, 2007 making the situation worse for you. Instead, you may negotiate or settle your dues against loans by following the steps like lowering your interest rate, arranging for a reduced interest rate is one of the most common requests ...ReadMore

A. Dear Sir,
Your husband has to file partition suit immediately. You may try for Death Certificate from the concerned Authority if not given then file application under relevant provision of law as interim application in the partition suit thus the concerned authority has to submit copy of Death Certificates to the Court.
