A. If she has suffered brain hemorrhage then its not a ground that she was insane before the marriage. and I think as a human one should not leave his/her spouse on this ground. Its against humanity. Just think if you were in place of that lady. Who is there to take care for her. First make a safe and sustainable arrangement for the lady suffering from illness.
