A. Dear Sir,
Any property acquired under Will is self acquired property of your father. Nobody can claim share in such property. Your father can dispose of such property to anybody as he may likes.

A. Your case is different and you father and his brothers purchased the property in question from their own funds. Its a benami property in the name of their father. Grandmother can be stopped from making any further will and should be stopped otherwise matter would be more complicated.
