A.You are a hindu boy and your first cousin is obviously a hindu girl. Kindly read sapinda relationship and prohibited degree of relationship in hindu law on Google or take a book. Your said marriage would be null and void ab initio. What would you do with certificate then. She is in prohibited degree and you can't marry her.

A.Hi,
Section 5 of the Hindu Marriage Act defines the the circumstances where the marriage will be treated as void. As per your input it seems your case falls under the prohibited degree of relationship. Your marriage cannot be registered as it is void. If you find this helpful do rate us.

A.Hi,
As per Section 5 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 you are in a prohibited relationship. You cannot marry your blood relative and thus this marriage will be treated as void.
